Mission: Promote the health and well-being of individuals, families and communities of Eau Claire County through collaborative and focused action
Since 1996, Eau Claire Healthy Communities has been our local coalition that provides a “table” for stakeholders to collaborate and understand current and future health needs of Eau Claire County through a process of assessing, prioritizing, and addressing health needs. Over 250 diverse partners from across the county participate in Eau Claire Healthy Communities. Our coalition is committed to using health data and best practices to inform our decision-making process.
Our Structure
Eau Claire Healthy Communities consists of a broad-based Council and Action Teams that are all working to promote the health and well-being of individuals, families, and communities of Eau Claire County.
